With structured training across technical, managerial, and legal domains, DMRC internships are an excellent opportunity for students to gain industry-specific knowledge and practical skills while contributing to one of India's largest public transportation networks.

1.1 Technical Internship Program

DMRC's Technical Internship Program is designed specifically for engineering students pursuing degrees or diplomas in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics & Telecommunication disciplines. This internship program targets MBA students specializing in Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent management streams. Interns in this program work closely with DMRC's management teams on projects involving HR practices, financial analysis, market research, operational logistics, and strategic planning. The program duration varies between 4 weeks to 4 months and is structured to provide practical knowledge of metro management processes, organizational behavior, and administrative functions within a large-scale public transportation system.
